Fatma Betülay Kaçıra is a lawyer specializing in real estate, commercial, mining, labor, and automotive law. She has played an active role in major construction projects, including land development, resolving real estate disputes, obtaining construction and occupancy permits, drafting management plans, completing urban transformation processes, acquiring and issuing mining licenses, and handling sales.
