Tülay Kaya works in various fields, primarily including Healthcare Law, Property & Real Estate Law, Commercial Law, and Labor Law, focusing on litigation and dispute resolution. Tülay graduated from the Faculty of Law at Maltepe University. During her studies, she volunteered for a law office as a summer intern and later completed her legal internship at one of the leading construction companies in the country.

Tülay is a graduate of Mehmet Beyazıt Anadolu Health Vocational High School (Nursing Department) and the Faculty of Law at Maltepe University.
