Mert İpar has gained experience in various fields of Private Law, primarily Corporate Law, Commercial Law, and Real Estate Law. He chose to study law as it contributes to the development of analytical thinking skills and provides an opportunity to understand the legal infrastructure of commercial relationships. During his undergraduate education, he strengthened his theoretical knowledge with practical experience gained in the real estate, finance, and medical sectors.

Within the scope of his summer internship, he actively took part in legal research, file reviews, preparation of draft petitions, as well as the analysis of court decisions and precedents. He has gained particular experience in the fields of Obligations Law, Enforcement and Bankruptcy Law, and commercial disputes. As a lawyer candidate with a high level of commercial awareness, an analytical mindset, and a strong sense of responsibility, he aims to continue his professional development primarily in the areas of Corporate Law and Commercial Disputes.

Mert İpar is a graduate of Mürüvvet Evyap Anatolian High School. He completed his undergraduate education at Istanbul Commerce University, Faculty of Law.
